Composer/Arranger

Pete’s versatility as a composer and arranger allows him to compose carols for Wells Cathedral as well as the soundtrack for the Warner Bros. documentary film Stanley Kubrick: A Life In Pictures.  Recent composition commissions include “This Is My Bed” (2018) – an opera for young people, performed by members of English Touring Opera at the Philharmonie Concert Hall in Luxembourg.  His arrangement of “Theme from New York, New York” (2018) was performed by Julian Ovenden and the Pasadena Pops to 10,000 people in the L.A. County Arboretum.  The BBC Concert Orchestra performed “The Golden Ticket” (2017) in the Royal Festival Hall. “The Nose” (2017) - commissioned by the Royal Opera House for their Youth Opera Company - was performed at the Clore Studio in the Royal Opera House. “Hope and Glory” (2016) - performed by 1000 musicians - closed the Music for Youth Proms at the Royal Albert Hall.
